Light Lunch Media is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating between various departments to ensure that our clients' marketing and outreach strategies are seamlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships while ensuring their needs and objectives are met.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:Facilitate effective collaboration between our in-house experts, including paid media, email specialists, LinkedIn specialists, web developers, graphic designers, copywriters, and analysts. Ensure that all team members are aligned and working cohesively to deliver outstanding results.

Project Management:Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, from campaign inception to execution and performance monitoring.

Strategic Planning:Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and formulate tailored marketing strategies, ensuring that all elements are seamlessly integrated.

Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing data-driven solutions.

Quality Assurance:Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in all client deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management, ideally in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional project management and organization abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• A deep commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
